If your Ergoslider is not responding, behaving erratically, or not being recognized by your computer, a firmware update may resolve the issue. The Firmware Update Utility is available for both Windows and Mac.

What you need:

• A computer running Windows or macOS
• Your Ergoslider Plus+ SE connected via USB
• Internet access to download the utility and firmware file

Steps:

1. Download the Firmware Updater for your operating system, along with the latest firmware file.
2. Connect your Ergoslider Plus+ SE to your computer using the USB cable.
3. Open the Firmware Updater.
4. Navigate to Firmware update section.
5. Click Select file, choose the firmware file you just downloaded, then click Update.
6. Wait approximately 30–60 seconds for the update to complete. Do not disconnect your Ergoslider or turn off your computer during this process.
7. Once the update is finished, test your Ergoslider to confirm the issue is resolved.

If the update was interrupted for any reason, simply reconnect your device and repeat the process from Step 3.
